Unicure Remolded MT

The radialization of OTR began with the desire of operators to carry greater loads and obtain longer hours of service from their tires.  One of the leading causes of failure in radial OTR tires has been sidewall cuts penetrating into the steel cables of the radio casing.  Left unattended, these cuts will grow with every revolution of the tire, allowing moisture and dirt to work into the steel cables eventually causing failure of the casing.

With these thoughts in mind, Community Tire Retreading has developed the Unicure system to maximize casing life and generate new tire performance.  With their process, all cuts, from bead to bead, are removed and a new sidewall veneer is applied to restore the tire like new form.

These tires are made to wear as well as the factory Goodyear tires they are made from, and are proven to balance and ride at least as well. Size 37x12.50x16.5.
